You are required to provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration. kk7 reserves the right to close any account found to contain false or misleading information. Account details must match your identity documents.
For security purposes, kk7 may request Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time. This may require a copy of your National ID, passport, or driving licence. Withdrawals may be restricted until KYC verification is complete.
Kk7 reserves the right to accept or refuse any bet. If a bet is placed due to a technical error or incorrect odds, it may be voided and the original stake returned.
Bet outcomes are determined based on the official results issued by the relevant sports governing body. Settlement is completed within 24 hours of the result being announced.
Odds change rapidly in live betting. If the odds shift before your bet is confirmed, kk7 will give you the option to accept the new odds or cancel your bet.
Losing your internet connection or refreshing the page after a match has started may cause issues with live bets. In such cases, any confirmed bets will remain valid, but bets still in processing may be voided.
Each market has set minimum and maximum bet limits, which may vary by market, sport, and event. The applicable limits are clearly displayed on every bet slip.
You can combine multiple events into an Accumulator bet. If one event is voided, that leg will be removed and the bet settled at the remaining odds.
Deposits on kk7 can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, Visa/Mastercard, and cryptocurrency. You must be logged into your account before making a deposit. The minimum deposit amount is 100 BDT.
BDT is the primary currency used on kk7. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the market rate at the time of deposit.
Warning: Using another person's payment account or card for deposits or withdrawals is strictly prohibited. Doing so will result in account termination and may lead to legal action.
Kk7 offers welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free bets, and cashback promotions from time to time. Each bonus has its own terms, which are detailed on the relevant offer page.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. To make a bonus withdrawable, you must place bets totalling the required wagering amount — this is known as the wagering requirement. For example, if the wagering requirement is 10x and your bonus is ৳500, you must place a total of ৳5,000 in bets before withdrawing.
Kk7 reserves the right to void bonuses if a user is found to be exploiting the bonus system to generate irregular profits. Multiple accounts from the same household or device are not eligible to claim the same bonus.

If kk7 detects suspicious activity on an account, it reserves the right to temporarily freeze the account and its funds pending the outcome of an investigation.
You can close your account at any time through Customer Support. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.
Kk7 may close an account under the following circumstances:
If an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of Terms and Conditions, any remaining balance will be returned to the user. However, in cases of fraud or Terms violations, the balance may be forfeited.
Kk7 is committed to responsible betting. Betting is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. Never bet more than you can afford to lose.
On kk7, you can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and betting limits. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately, while increasing a limit requires a 72-hour waiting period.
If you feel your betting is getting out of control, you can request a self-exclusion for 6 months or longer through our customer service. Your account will be completely inactive during this period.
If you've been betting for an extended period, kk7 will send you an alert reminding you how long you've been playing and how much you've spent. This is part of our commitment to responsible gaming.

If you have a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or a transaction, you must submit a complaint to Customer Support within 30 days of the incident, including the transaction ID, bet ID, and a detailed description of the issue.
Once a complaint is received, kk7 will respond within 7 business days. Complex cases may take up to 15 business days. If the resolution is unsatisfactory, you have the option to refer the matter to an independent arbitrator.
